How the commission is calculated
The base is the subscription the restaurant pays, not its revenue. One-off services — credits, SMS, domain purchases — are excluded. Commission is recorded when the payment provider confirms the charge, and reversed on refunds or disputes.

Taxes, filings and other fiscal obligations are the partner's responsibility, under the rules of their country. Where required by law, MyMenuo may withhold amounts, request tax documentation or apply the mandatory tax treatment.
